Great Escape: Chuckle With Patch

Each week we'll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break, and make your life a little easier, maybe a whole lot easier.

Celebrating milestones whether it is birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, can be enjoyable, and a great escape from our normal routine. We look forward to it, although sometimes we stress about what to wear.

All North Andover Patch Readers have been invited to an anniversary party on Friday, Sept. 23.  946 Osgood St., will be celebrating the one year anniversary of the North Andover Patch. The deal is that all Patch readers get $5 off admission when they call to make a reservation and mention they are attending the Patch party.

Chris Flahive, co-owner of the club said, "Basically, I saw on the Patch Facebook page that it was their one year anniversary, so I reached out to Bryan, the editor. They have done some cool stuff for us since we've been doing our shows, so I wanted to give something back to them."

Responding, Editor Bryan McGonigle said,"North Andover Patch has come a long way in just a year, and I think that's because of support from the community. I'm honored that Chuckles Comedy Club would want to commemorate our anniversary like that."

According to Flahive, prior to the show, they will have a cake with the Patch logo on it, and they will decorate the club with green and white balloons.

The comedy lineup will be hosted by Hank Morse (105.7 Loren and Wally Show, Country 102.5 and 96.9 WTTK) and will feature Dan Crown, Graig Murphy and Jim Colliton.

The show will begin at 9:00pm, with doors opening at 8:00pm

"It will be a great night," said Flahive.

As for the dress code, no stress, it's casual.

The cost of the show is $20 (before the discount), and $40 for the Special Dinner and Show Package.
