The new class will be offered through a series of 2-hour DVDs and provides greater flexibility for those who are looking to attend the class. Massachusetts law requires forty hours of instruction to be completed prior to taking the Real Estate exam to become an agent. Once the class has been completed the student will be eligible to take the MA Real Estate exam and become a licensed realtor. The cost is $375 and includes books and materials.
