Realtor Collecting Toys for Tots at Broker Tour Tuesday

Checking out this newly renovated home will also mean making a child's Christmas better.

Lisa Sevagian of Remax loves showing houses. And she loves giving toys to kids in need.

So the idea to combine the two comes pretty naturally.

On Tuesday, Sevagian is hosting an open house/broker tour at 25 Juniper Road in Andover. And for every realtor that shows up, she will donate a toy to Toys for Tots.

"I always donate toys anyway, and this is a fun way to add incentive to donate more," Sevagian said.

Customarily, a broker tour is mostly for real estate agents. But, Sevagian said, since it's a special occasion for a good cause, buyers are welcome to attend as well.
