Sauvignon Blancs from Around the World

 They say variety is the spice of life, and luckily guests in the Boston area need look no further to compare and contrast the tastes of this white varietal as we venture into the different wine regions  from around the globe. On August 9, 2014from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, the The Wine ConneXtion in North Andover, MA will host “Sauvignon Blancs from Around the World,” a complimentary tasting giving guests the opportunity to taste the unique characteristics of this white wine that can only derived from the region for which they are grown.  Participants will be able to learn how each region creates different flavors from their unique soil and climate conditions.  Whether it’s from France to New Zealand, travel with us to experience these different styles of Sauvignon Blancs to determine your favorite style to pair with your perfect summer dish.
