Join owner Matt Scanlon at Aim Fitness for training in both personal training format and group fitness class format. Aim Fitness offers a new style of fitness involving functional, core derivative movements focusing on form and technique in a non-judgmental, intimate setting. We take the focus off of max reps with max weight and put emphasis on building longer, leaner, TONED muscles using body weight and moderate weights. We utilize TRX-suspension training, heavy ropes, and kettle balls all while keeps track of your health, nutrition, motivation, and progress each week. Our goal is yours.
