Halloween is coming up, and you may be wondering when trick-or-treat is.
Trick-or-treating will be on Halloween night, Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
There is a chance we'll feel the impact of Hurricane Sandy at the beginning of the week. So commuting may be a problem on Wednesday as well as the possibility of -- like last year -- the town having no electricity.
