Surprise: More Rain... At Least There's Gene Kelly

Another day of rain, but there will be a volleyball match to keep people energized as well as a spiritual workshop and a classic film screening.

Keeping with the familiar pattern of the week, today is expected to be cloudy and rainy.

That makes it quite appropriate that Merrimack College is screening "Singin' in the Rain" today at the Rogers Center of the Arts at 7 p.m. Admittance is free.

If you'd like to shut out the rain and start your day with some inner enlightenment, Rolling Ridge Retreat Center is hosting all-day workshop, in which participants will explore how to be attentive and aware of God, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cost to attend is $55.
