Senior Center Needs Your Donations

The following was submitted by the North Andover Senior Center.

Your financial support helps keep us going! The Friends of the a 501C3 non-profit organization, has been extremely grateful for your generosity in past years, and we are asking for your continued support.

Your tax-deductable donation will help make a significant difference in your life, and the lives of your neighbors. Over the last eight years, The Friends of the North Andover Senior Center have continued to provide services and assistance to the older adult in the community of North Andover. Their fundraising efforts and your donations are responsible for four key ongoing programs that we provide at the North Andover Senior Center.

Your donations have provided a 50% discounted MVRTA Transportation Pass for North Andover Seniors for doctors’ appointments and shopping trips. Your donation has provided Emergency Assistance with gift cards for food, assistance with utility bills and emergency family support. Your donation has paid for Scholarships for the older adults who live in North Andover and are on a fixed income. Without your donation, they would not be able to afford to take a computer course or attend an exercise program. Your donation supports notable events such as the volunteer appreciation luncheon and guest speakers covering topics relevant to seniors. Your financial support helps The Friends of the North Andover Senior Center accomplish extraordinary things.
Our needs have grown each year and we hope we can count on your response for continued growth.

The Friends of the North Andover Senior Center meet once a month on the last Thursday of the month at 4:30 at the The Center.   Please join us if you would like to learn more about The Friends group.
