RECIPE: Crabby Haddock

This week's recipe by Wendi Roy is great for those on a pre-Easter seafood diet.

Crabby Haddock

  • 1 Lb. haddock
  • 1 small package crabmeat, diced
  • 1 stick butter,  melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 Tbls. Salad Elegant- Penzeys (you can sub 1 tsp. parmesan cheese & 1 Tbls. paprika)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 sleeve Multigrain Club Crackers, crushed

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place haddock in a 1 Qt. baking dish.

3. Mix all remaining ingredients and place on top of haddock; bake for 40 minutes.
