On Saturday, the Merrimack Valley YMCA invited parents and their kids to get in on the fun and fitness at its annual Healthy Kids’ Day, the nation’s largest health day for families.

The kids enjoyed many activities including an obstacle course, indoor relay races, arts and crafts projects, basketball free-throw contests and more.
