Five Things That Made Our Week: April 10 to April 16

The week was full of cop drama.

What an eventful week. The police chief is leaving, someone found an arsenal in a set of speakers... and that was just the early part of the week. Here are five things that made headlines in North Andover this past week.

Hitting the Road: North Andover Police Chief Richard Stanley is leaving his job in North Andover to transfer to Wareham, where he will serve as that town's police chief. The move had been discussed, contemplated and speculated about for months, but it that the Wareham town administrator and Board of Selectmen had appointed Stanley as their new chief. On Friday, and Stanley apologized for the chaos.

"The Town" North Shore: In other police news, a man thought he was just going to fix some discarded speakers, and what he found inside them was shocking -- -- all thought to be tools of a robbery spree linked to a Salem man.
