"We have a very friendly staff that'll help them with any questions," said Joseph Maroon, meat manager at Butcher Boy.

Maroon said that if you want your steaks well done, you should leave them on the grill for six or seven minutes on each side.

According to Maroon, when grilling meat, remember to use marinades to get a great, juicy piece of steak.

He said that one of the most popular seasonings Butcher Boy offers is Monterey seasoning and Garlic Pepper.

Most important of all, he said, is to remember to buy Angus certified meat because it is the best quality.

From now until Monday, the Meat House is taking $1 off a pound of sausages and off a pound of Cowboy Steaks and 50 cents off a pound of pork chops.

The Meat House recommends that if you're having a party you should get a good variety of meat: steak tips, chicken wings, etc.
