VIDEO: Creepy Cocktail for Halloween
Jaime's Restaurant shares their recipe for "The Brain Hemorrhage."
Jaime Faria, owner of Jaime’s Restaurant on High Street, prepares a Halloween cocktail called a Brain Hemmorrhage.
This slightly slimy, yet sweet, shot of the season is eerily appealing and easy to make.
Simply add 1 ½ ounces of peach schnapps to the bottom of your glass. Add ½ ounce of Bailey’s Irish Cream. The Irish cream will have a curdling effect as it combines with the peach schnapps, creating a perfectly grotesque spirit. Top it off with a few drops of blood-like grenadine and enjoy.
