Loft Offers Monthly Specials
Check out the monthly events calendar at the Loft for deals on their home-styled food.
The Loft, 1140 Osgood Street, is known for its "Old Time Menu," Lobster Mac and Cheese and their thick steaks and chops. The restaurant, housed in a 160 year-old barn, has been owned by Jim Dietz for the past 7 years.
Dietz said the restaurant recently introduced a monthly events calendar which features daily specials.

- Monday: $5 off Mac and Cheese dinners. Of the five different choices, Dietz said the Lobster Mac and Cheese is the most popular. But also check out the Green Monster Mac and Cheese with broccoli or the Philly Cheese Steak Mac and Cheese.
- Tuesday: Kids Eat Free with one paying adult.
- Wednesday: Price Fixe Meal for $39.99 includes appetizer to share, two entrees and a dessert to split. A special menu includes a choice of Cornbread Haddock, Surf and Turf or Twin-Grilled Porkchops for the main entrees and a couple of options for an appertizer and a dessert.
- Thursday: $5 off any cut of Prime Rib dinner
- Friday: Half-priced appertizers at the bar from 3-6pm.
- Sunday: Half-priced appetizers at the bar during the Patriot's game.
Dietz explained that they plan to change it up for December, although the Tuesday kids' special will remain the same.
He was also very excited about next month's installation of a new beer tap system, allowing the restaurant to offer 12 draught beers including micro and local brews. "We will also be able to blend beers which has become the newest trend," he explained.

Some of the blends will include the popular Black and Tan, Guinness Stout and Bass Pale Ale, Black and Blue Moon which will pair Guinness with Blue Moon and Black Magic that will pair Guinness with Magic Hat.
Dietz who also owns Joe Fish said he llkes being creative and have fun with the menu because it "keeps up the energy" for his customers and his staff.
The Loft is open on Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, 12 to 11 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 9 p.m. Call 978-686-0026 for more information or check out the website.
