Why Go: The Friends of North Andover Trails meets monthly to clear North Andover's trails. This weekend, they will clear the Shawsheen River Trail. Meet at the foot of Green Street in the visitors parking lot of the Riverbend Crossing apartment complex. Bring loppers if you have them. Also bring gloves, preferably leather, and wear old clothes with long pants to protect against poison ivy.
