China Blossom Party New Year's Eve

Still no plans for the big night? There's a local option.

New Year's Eve is Saturday, and you don't have to trek down to Boston and stand in long lines in the cold to enjoy the night.

This year, (formerly known as Chuckles) is hosting a huge New Year's Eve bash at from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.

You can dine on an array of dishes with China Blossom’s premier buffet featuring classic Asian favorites and live-action cooking and carving stations, create-your-own noodle soups and a diverse selection of sushi. Seating for dinner starts at 9:30 p.m.

After dinner, you can enjoy the beats of DJ Barry Mooney, take in a live performance by singer Carissa Scudieri and laugh all your worries from 2011 away at with a comedy show featuring Jack Walsh, Christine Hurley and John David. At midnight there will be festive hats and noisemakers along with a complimentary champagne toast.

And as part of a package deal, a $99 ticket includes a hotel room at the Windham Andover Hotel, transportation to and from China Blossom and the hotel, and breakfast for two the next morning.
