On Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, The Wine ConneXtion, located in North Andover, MA, will toast to the most popular white wines at the “Big Bold Chardonnays Tasting.”
Oenophiles and newbies alike can all agree on the popularity of Chardonnay. Never one to be turned away from a dinner party, Chardonnay pairs well with poultry dishes, pork and seafood, as well as with recipes that have a heavy cream or butter base. In addition, its versatility shines when un-oaked versions are teamed up with guacamole, garlic, salads and even curry dishes.
