There was a big turnout for this year's North Andover Merchants Association Fall Festival 2013 Sunday.

The weather may have played a part in that. From a cold, damp, cloudy morning suddenly emerged a gorgeous warm, sunny day: perfect for welcoming autumn outdoors.
