Edgewood Burns Dinner Celebrates the Art of Haggis

Haggis, a traditional Scottish savory meat pudding, might be a mystery to many but not at Edgewood where the annual Robert Burns was recently held.

Commemorating Scotland’s national poet, the Burns dinner featured haggis which was presented with bagpipe music provided by an Edgewood resident in full highland dress.

Furthering the celebration of this unique dish, Burn’s poem “Address to a Haggis” was read.
