Five things you should know in North Andover today.

Here are five things you need to know on Friday, Sept. 20.

  • Keep the Short Sleeves On: This is the last week of summer and first weekend of autumn, but temperatures are expected to be in the 70s most of today day, with clear sunny skies. And this weekend, temperatures may rise to the low 80s and there could be some rain both Saturday and Sunday. And if you look up at the sky, you'll notice the Harvest Moon.

  • Walk: St. Michael's is having their Friends of the Poor Walk Saturday. See the details here.
  • Sports: The NAHS Boys Varsity and JV Soccer teams will compete against Lawrence International at 4:15 p.m. at North Andover High School.
  • Helping Tommy: Friends and family of 10-year-old Tommy Cox, who lost his leg in a boating accident, are gatheringsupport for Tommy and his family.
  • Fundraiser: Kittredge Elementary School is raising money for their new gym.
