 grams offered?\nOur programs are offered on Monday thru Thursday. They a
 re  offered 2 times a day at 5:30 am and at 6pm. You are allowed to choo
 se  ANY 2 days or times that fit your schedule. If one week am works and
  the  next evenings work better feel free to float between each session.
  You  don't even need to notify us which days that you will be attending
 . Also\, they are designed to be fit for people of all body types or fit
 ness levels! Do not worry if you are a beginner\, or if you have been wo
 rking out for years! Our trainers are especially skilled in making exerc
 ises effective: no matter what level of fittness you are at!We  offer pr
 ograms for people who want to workout 2 times a week (10  sessions) and 
 also programs for unlimited sessions during the 5 week  period (Up to 20
  sessions). It is only an additional $15 extra person to  sign up for th
 e unlimited sessions.We recommend if you will be  traveling to sign up f
 or the 2 times a week so you can "make up" missed  sessions during the o
 ther 5 weeks that you will not be vacationing.\nPlease feel free to call
