North Andover Police arrested four students at North Andover High School Thursday on drug charges. The students -- all juveniles -- were arrested by Officer Brendan Gallagher just before 1 p.m. Thursday. Police would not go into detail about the drugs, but one 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were charged with distribution of a class E substance. Two other 15-year-olds were charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. "Class E substance" referrs to a variety of drugs including prescription narcotics.
