You Ask... Patch Answers: Town Hall Hours?

You may want to check this out before heading to the town offices.

One reader wants to know if the town has changed the hours of operation at Town Hall.

The answer is yes.

A few weeks ago, Town Manager Andrew Maylor proposed, and selectmen approved, new office hours for Town Hall, Community Development and the Division of Public Works, effective April 30.

New Hours

Monday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Building Inspector Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 to 10 a.m. and  1 to 2 p.m., or by appointment.

Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Inspector Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 to 9 a.m.

These new office hours do not impact the Cyr Recycle Center.

Trash and recycling information is available by calling the DPW information line at 978-685-0950, option 3. And Northside Carting is available to answer trash and recycling questions at 978-686-8604.
