Yoga4Classrooms Offering North Andover Workshop
You can learn the benefits of incorporating yoga into classrooms.
Rachel Epstein -- registered yoga teacher and Yoga4Classrooms instructor -- will have a 6-hour workshop on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the East Mill ArtSpace on High Street.
The workshop is "for educators and other school professionals on how to incorporate simple aspects of yoga and mindfulness into the school day," Epstein says.
