In the past year, North Andover went through a lot of good, bad and strange things.
With 2012 behind us, what do you hope for with 2013? A calm winter? A hurricane-free year? A Democrat or Republican to win Sen. John Kerry's seat? Anything regarding town finances and town safety?

What is the total collected? Where was it spent?
Is the superintendent of schools still in a leased building with two vacant town buildings? Even the high school can house him.
Lets vote the CPA down in 2013.
