The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Friday, Nov. 23

At 8:52 a.m., a caller on Saw Mill Road reported that there was a bird in her house. The bird eventually flew outside.

At 12:27 p.m., Kohl's reported a shoplifter. Wilfredo Vila, 33, of 401 Haverhill St., Lawrence, was arrested for shoplifting.

At 2:22 p.m., North Andover Police assisted in pursuit of a vehicle in connection with an Andover break-in.

Saturday, Nov. 24

At 2:17 p.m., Kohl's reported a shoplifter. Jose Vargas-Polanco, 24, of 85 High St., Lawrence, was arrested for shoplifting.

At 4:22 p.m., Kohl's reported a male and female shoplifting with a small child. The couple will reportedly be summonsed.

Sunday, Nov. 26

At 12:16 a.m., a CVS employee reported that a man walked out of the store with 10 cans of baby formula.

Monday, Nov. 26

At 8:40 a.m., Mobil Gas Station reported a break-in.
