Tickets for the 2012 North Andover Taste of North Andover are on sale. Go to http://www.nayouth.com/2012event.html and click on the "Purchase Tickets" link to the left. Tickets are not available at the door the night of the event.

In 1988, North Andover Youth Services was established through a state grant of $15,000 that was matched by funds from North Andover residents and businesses. NAYRS began as a one-year pilot program whose purpose was as an information and referral center for high-risk teens in town. Now, over 20 years later, North Andover Youth & Recreation Services is a vital part of the town. The program serves over 2,500 middle-school and high-school aged young people.

Saturday, March 10, 2012, will be the 4th Annual Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center Taste of North Andover event. We celebrate over 20 years of volunteerism in our community.

Last year's event was a huge success and sold out. Anyone who purchases their tickets before Feburary 20th will have their names entered into a raffle to win $100.

When: Saturday, March 10 from 7:00 - 11 :00 p.m.
Where: North Andover Youth Center
Cost: $50 per ticket

The focus this year is more on the social activities including being with all of your friends in the community sampling food from some of the best restaurants in town. The event will also include:

•A brief recognition of members of our community who have made significant efforts to the North Andover Youth Center

•Cash bar

•A DJ for music
•Exciting Silent and Live Auction items up for bid with all proceeds going to the youth center. The Live Auction will be limited to a few key items to limit the amount of time it takes.
•A fun setting as we turned the youth center into a celebration zone for one night.
