Sun Rumored for Today
The rain seems to be gone, and the town can get outside and stretch.
The sun is expected to make a much anticipated return today. Just in time for soccer.
The North Andover High School girls varsity soccer team will play against Wilmington at 6 p.m. in North Andover. The boys varsity soccer team will also play against Wilmington, at Wilmington High School, 159 Church St., Wilmington, at 6 p.m.
If indoor sports are more your thing, Merrimack College's volleyball team will play St. Mary's at Merrimack College at 7 p.m.
For the mature men of town, there will be a senior men's breakfast at 9 a.m. at the Senior Center.
Gas prices are creeping up, with most local stations charging more than $2.70 per gallon for regular.
