Rock-Throwing Child and Stolen Lawnmower

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Thursday, Oct. 4
At 7:16 a.m., a caller reportred that a child threw a rock at her windshield while boarding a bus at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Waverly Road.
Saturday, Oct. 6
At 11:72 a.m., a caller on Meadow Lane reported that his lawnmower was stolen.
At 2:48 p.m., a caller at Royal Crest reported seeing a ferret kept on a balcony for three days. Police made sure the ferret was fine and notified animal control.
Sunday, Oct. 7
At 8:13 p.m., Kohl's reported a shoplifter. Karen Talley, 45, of 976 North 66th St., Philadelphia, Penn., was arrested for shoplifting.
At 9:55 p.m., a caller reported a large group of youths running in the road at the intersection of Johnson Street and Milk Street.
