Rum Punch

Combine over ice in a punch bowl:
1 quart orange juice
6 oz. lime juice
1 quart club soda
1 quart unsweetened pineapple juice
add one 750 ml. white or gold label rum

Caramel Apple Martini
Provided by Katie Curley-Katzman
2 parts Schnapps, butterscotch
2 parts Sour Apple Pucker
1 part Vodka
Mixing Instructions
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Pumpkin Pie Martini
Provided by Katie Curley-Katzman
Ingredients:
2 ounces (1/4 cup) vanilla vodka
2 ounces (1/4 cup) crème de cacao
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, heavy cream and pumpkin pie spice and shake well.
Dip the rims of 2 martini glasses into a bowl of whipped cream. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.

Mimosa
This one's a brunch classic. Increase the flavor by using a 1:5 ratio of freshly-squeezed orange juice to Champagne. Then add a splash of triple sec.
