Ok, so technically she is not a resident of North Andover. But her business, Rolf's Restaurant, is a staple in the community. Also, her pub was packed on Super Bowl Sunday -- the flat acreen TV raffle may have helped -- and she was cool as could be.

A. We were incorporated in 1946 as the North Andover Restaurant Inc.

Q. What's up with the name?

A. My father, named Rolf, bought it in 1963. And my son is named Rolf.

Q. What's your favorite aspect of North Andover's community?

A. I grew up here, and my heart's here.
