Lacy Street Blizzard Feuding and Shoplifters

The following information was supplied by the North Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Saturday, Feb. 9

At 11:43 a.m., Market Basket reported a past larceny. Police will summons the suspect.

At 2:14 p.m., a caller on Lacy Street reported that her neighbor was dumping snow on her property. Police spoke with her and her neighbor.

At 4:53 p.m., Market Basket reported a female shoplifter and declared her a trespasser.

Sunday, Feb. 10

At 4:23 p.m., a caller on Massachusetts Avenue reported his car was broken into during the blizzard.

At 8:11 p.m., a caller on Lacy Street reported that her neighbors were harassing her regarding snow removal. Police spoke with her and her neighbors.

Bill C, in regards to your statement on the Bradstreet school, you need to step back and look at the whole picture of the downtown. Not a pretty picture to be proud of. If you want the same than support these people. Take a look at our neighbor(Andover), now that's a town to be proud of.
