Hazardous Weather Outlook: Remnants of Isaac

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for most of Massachusetts, with remnants of Isaac bringing heavy rainful and flooding potential to the area, according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rain and possible flooding is expected into Wednesday, with the latest forecast suggesting the strongest rains across the northern part of the state, where totals of up to four inches are possible. In the Merrimack Valley, including North Andover, up to three inches is possible.
Tonight, predicts the NWS, showers and a possibly a thunderstorm is predicted, as well as showers and storms into Wednesday, mainly before 5 p.m. Patchy fog, too, is a concern.
