Gun Threat at Aplin and Minors With Alcohol

The following information was supplied by the North Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Friday, Sept. 7

At 7:03 p.m., a caller on Boxford Street reported a loose dog walking in the area.

At 8:22 p.m., a caller on High Street reported seeing an old man with a crow bar walking down the street. The crow bar turned out to be a cane.

Saturday, Sept. 8

At 12:42 a.m., a caller reported a loud party at Jessica's Brick Oven at 1600 Osgood St. Juan Morilo, 20, of 71 Ashland Ave., Methuen, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.

At 6:09 p.m., a resident walked into the station and reported that a man had threatened him with a gun at Aplin Playground. Ryan Perry, 21, of 5 Glenwood Ave., North Andover, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault to intimidate and disorderly conduct.

At 10:42 p.m., police stopped a car at Main street and Tavern Road and arrested Colin Flannery, 20 , of 10 Beechnut Lane, Hudson, for minor in possession of alcohol.
