Today is Monday, Oct. 15. Here are five things you need to know.

Rainy Day: Temperatures are expected to be in the low 70s most of the day, with rain most of the day as well.

Meeting: The Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.

Voting: The deadline to register to vote is Wednesday. Information can be found at the Secretary of State's Web site.

This Day in History: In 1914, Congress passed the Clayton Antitrust Act. In 1951, "I Love Lucy" premiered on CBS. In 1962, the Cuban Missile Crisis began. when U.S. intelligence personnel discovered Soviet medium-range missle sites in Cuba. In 1966, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed a bill creating the Department of Transportation.
