Why Go: There will be lots of stuff on sale, including a master bedroom set including queen bed, armoire, dresser and two nightstands, ski racing skis, racing suits, various household items, pictures, pots and pans, books, toy cars, doll clothes and more.
2. Art Studio Open House/Free Art Activity
When/Where: Saturday at 10 a.m. at Julie's School of Art.
Why Go: It's free, and it's a great way to let the kids get their creativity going.
3. Pet Reiki and Doggy Ice Cream
When/Where: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ciao! Bow Wow and every day at Smolak Farms.
Why Go: Reiki Master Julianne Gacioch will be offering free Reiki services for your pets at Ciao! Bow Wow. Then you can head over to Smolak Farms for dog ice cream (special icream made for dogs, and there are dog cookies, donated by Ciao! Bow Wow, mixed in it). All money from ice cream sales go to the MSPCA.
4. 9th Annual Printing Arts Fair
When/where: Sunday at 10 a.m. at The Museum of Printing.
Why Go: See demonstrations creating fine art prints using intaglio and litho techniques and carving letters into stone. Rare letterpress accessories available for collectors.
When/Where: Sunday at 6 p.m. at The Champion Factory.
Why Go: Kids can enjoy a fun movie and other fun activities to end the weekend.
