Fall in North Andover Means ...

Autumn is in the air. What does that mean for you and your family?

The days are getting shorter. The mornings are starting cooler. Sweaters and other cold-weather gear is on the shelves at stores. And the North Andover Fall Festival is this weekend.

Maybe you've been thinking about heading to Smolak Farms for apple picking and cider-donuts, or Roche Farmstand for pumpkins.

Can you feel it? Fall is approaching.

We want to know what it means to you! Tell us in the comments.

Hiking local hills and spotting the foliage - favorites: Boston Hill, Weir Hill, Half-Mile Hill, and (in Andover, but great nonetheless) Holt Hill.

Enjoying fresh warm cider donuts at Smolak's. Autumn-themed foods at local restaurants. The NAMA Fall Festival. Driving through the "out country" part of town and seeing the foliage. Bill, I have yet to hike in Weir Hill but I really should.
