Oh no.. Now the hysterical media will demand a seven day waiting period for car doors. It's a stretch to believe that a "car door" is a "dangerous weapon" but not to belittle the seriousness of the alledged assult that it was. Perhaps with a "Blunt instrument" would be a more appropriate charge.

Ok so first off I got dragged by the car and then John pushed the door and knocked Danielle to the ground smashing her head off the pavement and his father John e distefano was driving the carand sped off before police could respond .. This all could have been preventd but when your allowed to move back to your parents house after just up and leaving you and your g.fs apartment and running back to mommy and daddy seems easier then being an adult and facing situations like an adult .. Instead I have to fix my life and I did nothing wrong :( you get to go back to your mom no dads and live rent free and I have to sit here and hold the bag for all of it. Not fair and not much of a man to me . And his father should have been charged to but because he has money wouldn't happen ... Hope your life is good after all this because in my eyes your a coward
