Domestic Assaults and Market Basket Theft

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

At 10:15 a.m., there was a domestic dispute on Osgood Street. Georgia Narcisse, 32, of 232 Osgood St., North Andover, was arrested for assault and battery of a household member.

At 1:58 p.m., an employee at Market Basket repoerted that three customers had their wallets and purses stolen. One suspect had reportedly fled, and anbother one was detained. Daniel Simard, 26, of 35 Gilbert St. Apt. 70, Lawrence, was arrested for two counts of larceny from a person over the age of 65 and one count of shoplifting.

At 3:10 p.m., a caller on Sutton Street reported that a skunk had a cup stuck on its head. Police helped remove the cup.

At 7:33 p.m., a caller on Edgelawn Avenue reported hearing someone screaming and yelling. Angela Ebbert, 39, and Scott Allen, 48, both of 40 Edgelawn Ave., North Andover, were both arrested for assault and battery of a household member.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

At 10:03 p.m., a caller on Cleveland Street reported a domestic dispute. John Gallagher, 29, of 9 Cleveland St., North Andover, was arrested for assault and battery of a household member.
