Dogs on the Loose and Burning Yards

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Saturday, Nov. 10
At 2:22 p.m., a caller on Emerson Court reported that her son was out of control. The juvenile was arrested for assault and battery.
At 2:57 p.m., a caller reported seeing a loose dog, a yorkie, near Maple Avenue and Stonington Street. Police found nothing.
At 3:02 p.m., a Smolak Farms employee reported that they had found a loose border collie. The dog was taken to Andover Animal Hospital.
Sunday, Nov. 11
At 7:01 p.m., a gas grill tipped over on Milk Street and started a fire. The fire was extinguished.
At 10:23 p.m., a caller reported that someone had lit his 15 bags of leaves on fire near the street. The fire was extinguished.
Monday, Nov. 12
At 3:33 a.m., a caller at Royal Crest reported that her neighbor had banged on her door yelling obscenities about a loud TV. The neighbor said the caller had threatened her and her baby.
At 9:18 p.m., a Panera employee reported finding a syringe and spoon in the parking lot.
