Bucket in Road and 'Abusive' Dog

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Friday, Jan. 4
At 11:59 a.m., Kohl's reported a shoplifter. The alleged shoplifter was a child, so store management said they would contact handle it with the parents.
At 3:05 p.m., someone walked into the station and reported that someone had stolen his wallet at Fuddrucker's.
Saturday, Jan. 5
At 10:02 a.m., a caller reported a bucket in the road at the intersection of Andover Street and Turnpike Street.
At 11:28 a.m., a caller reported her dog had a run-in with another dog in a park, and the other dog was "very abusive."
