Where do you bring the family to "vacation" locally?

 

Summer is almost here. And that means vacation. But in these tough economic times, a lot of families are doing "stay-cations," staying at home and taking day trips locally with the family.

Do you have a favorite place to bring the family for staycations?

Parson Barnard House Open Saturday July 7 from 11-3 (Free) Explore North Andover's history.

Parson BArnard opent Saturday August 4th (11-3) and Saturday September 1 (11-3) if you can't come today. Free. Tour this three hundred year old house and imagine how our ancestors lived before electricity and indoor plumbing.

We are at Stevens Pond most days with half of our Thomson neighborhood! It is wonderful! Plus you can't beat the price for a season pass and four weeks of swimming lessons for each child - $175 total!
