Beaver Trouble and Crates for Wheels

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

At 2:57 p.m., Kohl's reported two female shoplifters. Police will summonse them for shoplifting.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

At 1:35 p.m., an officer reported seeing two trees on Great Pond Road that appeared to have come down due to damaged caused by beavers.

At 3:15 p.m., Kohl's reported that a man stole items and fled in a vehicle to Lawrence.

Thursday, Jan. 17

At 8:04 a.m., a caller reported that the wheels had been taken off of his vehicle and replaced with milk crates.

At 8:34 a.m., the Fire Department reported that someone had dropped off a chocolate lab with no collar. The dog was taken to Andover Animal Hospital.

At 3:18 p.m., a caller on Campbell Road reported finding a small beige terrier on her front lawn. The dog was taken to Andover Animal Hospital.

At 3:45 p.m., Market Basket reported a female shoplifter. Police will summonse her for shoplifting.
