Baddour Endorses O'Connor Ives

The former state senator said who he'd like to fill his seat.

Former State Sen. Steve Baddour has endorsed Kathleen O'Connor Ives in the campaign to fill his seat representing the 1st Essex Senate district.

“We need Katy Ives in the State Senate,” Baddour said in a statement. “She'll fight for working families in every city and town in the District.”

Baddour stepped down from the seat in March, saying he had accepted a job in the private sector and wanted to spend more time with his family.
